Crock Pot Beef & Broccoli

Baked Penne with Chicken, Broccoli...

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 stick butter, Melted
1 chopped onion
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayo
1 c. grated cheese
2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli

Preparation

Step 1

Cook broccoli according to package directions. Mix ingredients while broccoli cooks. Mix with cooked broccoli. Crumble Ritz crackers over top. Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins.
Cover to cook, remove cover last 10 mins. to brown top.
