Ingredients
- 6-8 Red or white potatoes, boiled in jackets, cut into quarters
- 1 16 oz. carton sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 t. Lawrey's seasoned salt
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped with tops
- 1 jar pimentos

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish, cover. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Can be prepared either the day before or earlier on the serving day.
