Ingredients

  • 6-8 Red or white potatoes, boiled in jackets, cut into quarters
  • 1 16 oz. carton sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 t. Lawrey's seasoned salt
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped with tops
  • 1 jar pimentos

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish, cover. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Can be prepared either the day before or earlier on the serving day.
