Ingredients
- 2 cups dates cut fine
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup boiling water
- 2 eggs well beaten
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cups chopped nuts

Step 1
Bake at 350 degrees in a 9X5 loaf pan. Bake for 50 minutes. Yields two loaves.
