Ingredients
- 1 1/2 C Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 C firmly packed Brown Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tsp Grated Lemon rind
- 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 Tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 C melted Butter
- 2 TBL Lemon Juice
- 6 C Sliced apples (About 2 lbs).
- 1 Envelope Whipped Topping Mix
- 1/2 C Cold Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla

Step 1
Combine Crumbs, Sugar, Salt Lemon rind and spices. Add Butter and lemon juice. Blend Well. Sprinkle half of the crumb mixture in a buttered 8x8 pan. Arrange apples and add crumb. Back at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes until lightly browned and apples are tender
