Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • First cut beef brisket
  • 6 onions
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 package knorr's onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Place brisket on bed of onions.


Pour Sauce over both sides of brisket.

Sprinkle Knorr’s French onion Soup Mix on Top

Bake 300 for 4 hours slice and cook more or refrigerate before slicing and cook an hour b4 serving

(No need to sauté onions or brown brisket!)

Can also be cooked on stove bring to boil then at low simmer….
