Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 2 pckgs grated cheese (mix white and cheddar)
- 1 1/2 onions
- 1 can black olives (sliced)
- 2 cans red enchilada sauce
Details
Cooking time 45mins
Preparation
Step 1
Cook meat, onions, drain
Dip corn tortillas in sauce, cover bottom of pan,
spread 1/2 meat-onions, cheese, olives.
Repeat ending with cheese on top and olives to decorate
Pour remaining sauce on top.
Bake 350 for 45 minutes or until hot in the center
