- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream or buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cup diced rhubarb
- 2 tsp cinnamon

Sprinkle cinnamon + sugar on top of cake. Cake better if left over night. Bake @ 350 for 35 minutes
