• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 6 yolks lightly beaten,

• 6 egg whites
• pinch salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Whisk together
then

Cook on med heat
Till thickened

layer half the bananas
in pan

layer the cookies

Layer pudding

Repeat

Beat till stiff peaks form.

Spread over FILLING
