Ingredients

  • 2 cups sliced peeled fresh or frozen peaches
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 3-4 drops almond extract
  • fresh mint and additional peaches for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Process or blend peaches until smooth.

Add sugar. Let stand for 1 hour.

Beat whipping cream and almond extract until soft peaks form. Fold in peach mixture.

Pout into 6-cup mold or freezer-safe bowl lined with plastic wrap. Cover and freeze overnight.

Unmold about 1 hour before serving and return to freeze.

Garnish with mint and extra peaches.

Serves 10
