Maple Teriyaki Salmon Filets

Ingredients
- 1/3 Cup Apple Juice
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 3 Tbs. Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbs. Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 4 Salmon Fillets (6 oz. each)

Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk the first 5 ingredients until well blended. Remove 1/2 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade into a large resealable plastic bag. Add salmon; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 1-3 hours. Drain salmon, discarding marinade in bag. Moisten a paper towel with cooking oil; using long-handled tongs, rub on grill rack to coat lightly. Place salmon on grill rack, skin side down. Grill, covered, over medium-heat or broil 4" from heat for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basing frequently with reserved marinade during the last 4 minutes.
