Mashed potato and chicken casserole

Ingredients
- 2 24 ounce packages of refrigerated mashed potatoes
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 1/2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 12 ounce package fresh broccoli florets
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 13x9 inch baking dish. Cook potatoes for 3 minutes. In a large bowl combine potatoes, cream cheese and pepper and beat at medium speed until combined. Stir in 1/2 chicken, 1/2 cheese, 2/3 cup green onions, 1/2 broccoli and 1/2 bacon. spread in dish and then sprinkle with remaining chicken, broccoli, bacon and cheese. Cover and bake 45 minutes - sprinkle with 1/3 cup green onions.
