Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15-ounce) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15-ounce) stewed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 package (10-ounce) frozen spinach, thawed
  • 16 ounces bowtie pasta, cooked
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef with onion and garlic. Put in crockpot with sauce, tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. During last 30 minutes of cooking, add spinach, pasta, Parmesan and Mozzarella; turn heat to high. Mix.
