Deviled Ham Cornucopias

Ingredients
- Filling:
- 20 slices thin-sliced white bread
- mayonnaise, for spreading
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can deviled ham
- 2 eggs, hard-boiled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Cut each slice of bread with a round cookie cutter, discarding crusts. Flatten each bread circle with a rolling pin. Spread mayonnaise on both sides. Roll up to form cornucopias and fasten with toothpicks. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned at 350 degrees. Remove toothpicks.
Filling: Combine filling ingredients and chill. Fill each cornucopia with 1 generous teaspoon and serve.
Yield: 20 pieces
