Easy and tasty banana bread with lots of variety.
- 3 cups flour
- 2/3 cup of melted butter
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 4-6 very ripe bananas (not frozen)
Preheat oven to 350 F.
This recipe is great if you have a mix master. Basically, all I do is throw all my ingredients in and let the mix master do the job. I then spray PAM on my baking loaf dish and baking in the oven at 350 F for 45 minutes and then at 300 F for about 15 minutes if the loaf is still raw in the middle. By reducing the heat, it doesn't burn and the loaf stays moist. Always comes out perfect for me everytime and everyone has always eaten it.
One thing to try if you like is to add 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips or frozen blueberries if you want to try a different variety.
