Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 1/2 cups (6 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine the broccoli, cheese and onion in a large bowl.

2. Combine the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar; pour over broccoli mixture and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 4 hours.

3. Just before serving, stir in the bacon.
