  • grated rind of orange
  • 3 Tbsp orange juice
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp light cream
  • 4 c sifted icing sugar
  • 2 Tbsp butter

Mix together the orange juice and rind,the lemon juice,the butter,light cream
Add the icing sugar until of a good spreading consistency
