Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c black beans (1 15 ox can, drained and rinsed very well)
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 c quick oats
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 c maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 c coconut or vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2-2/3 c chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350
Combine all ingredients except chips in a food processor and blend until completely smooth
Stir in the chips
Pour into a greased 8x8 pan
Optional-sprinkle extra chips over the top
Cook 15-18 min
Let cool at least 10 min before trying to cut
Makes 9-12 brownies
