Sweet & Sour Cucumber Salad

  • 3 TBSP of rice wine vinegar
  • 2 TBSP of sugar
  • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp of salt and pepper
  • 3 TBSP of canola oil
  • 1 cucumber peeled and sliced thinly
  • 2 TBSP of fresh cilantro



Step 1

whisk together rice wine vinegar, sugar, mustard and salt & pepper.
In a slow steady stream whisk in canola oil. Add cucumber.
Cover and chill for 15 min.
