STRABERRY MOUSSE (Bayfield Strawberry Mousse)

Whip 1/2 c egg whites with 1/2 c sugar until stiff (will take quite a while). Then fold in 2 1/2 c hulled and sliced strawberries. Then whip 1 1/2 c (one pint) sweatened heavy whipping cream. Then fold this into mixture. Garnish with strawberries. WE TRIED THIS 11/5/12 AND IT WAS VERY GOOD, MAKE 5 SERVINGS, I FROZE IT AND VERY GOOD.
