DATE WITH AN ANGEL COOKIES

Ingredients

• PAM

• 3 egg whites
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ~
• 1 cup sugar
• ~
• 1 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped pitted dates
• 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans, TOASTED

Preparation

Step 1

350* 8 MINUTES
Spray cookie sheet with Pam

Mix egg whites on Med
Add vanilla

Slowly add sugar 2 Tbs at a time.
Bring whites to stiff peaks.

Gently stir in flour, dates, nuts.

Drop rounded tsp. 2" apart
Bake 350*, 8 MINUTES
till bottoms SLIGHTLY BROWN
