Dirty Rice with Shrimp and Spicy Sausage

Ingredients
- Dirty Rice:
- 2 cups White Long Grain Rice
- 4 cups Water
- 2 tablespoons Morton Season-All Seasoned Salt
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- Shrimp and Sausage:
- 1 1/2 pounds 26-30 Shrimp, Peeled and Deveined
- 4 tablespoons Morton Season-All Seasoned Salt
- 4 links Spicy Italian Sausage

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 450 F
2. Place water in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil
3. Add rice and Morton Season-All Seasoned Salt; bring back to a boil for 1 minute
4. Lower heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes.
5. While rice is simmering, spray Hefty EZ Foil Roaster Pan with cooking spray and place sausage into pan. Roast sausage for 5 minutes, remove pan from oven and let sausage cool for 2 minutes
6. Slice sausage into 1/2-inch thick slices, and place back into Hefty EZ Foil pan. Add shrimp to pan with sausage and season with Morton Season-All Seasoned Salt. Bake for 10 minutes or until shrimp are light red and cooked through
7. Add tomatoes and butter to rice; stir until blended. Add rice to roasted shrimp and sausage. Serve warm with sliced green onions (optional)
