Ingredients
- 1 whole cut up chicken
- 1 onion, quartered
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 6 celery stalks, 3 sliced, 3 broken up
- 1 carton 2-3 cups organic free range chicken broth, or homemade
- 3 julianned zucchini
- Salt and pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Put chicken and broth in stock put, fill with water til chicken is covered.
Add onion, 1 carrot, and 3 celery stalks,
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cook about an hour, or until chicken is done.
Remove chicken, set aside, strain broth, discard vegetables, return broth to stock pot.
After chicken cools, remove skin and bones and shred with fork.
Add shredded chicken, sliced carrots and celery to pot.
Cook until carrots are tender. Add zucchini and cook until soft like noodles.
