Easy Turkey or Chicken A La King

Ingredients
- 16 oz. Cooked Chicken or Turkey, Diced
- 1 cup Frozen Vegetables (Peas / Carrots / Corn .... or any that you prefer)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Suggestion: 98% Fat Free)
- 1/2 can Skim Milk
- 1/2 can Water
- 10 slices Bread
- 10 tsp. Butter or Margarine
- Optional: Add Bell Peppers, Mushrooms, Pepper, etc. to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
2. Combine Chicken / Turkey, Vegetables, Soup, Milk and Water.
3. Bake for approximately 30 minutes (in a 7 x 11 pan).
4. When approximately 15 minutes remain, butter each slice of bread on one side with 1 tsp. butter each.
5. Form buttered bread into a cupcake / muffin pan to form a "flower".
6. Place in oven under broiler until lightly toasted.
7. Pour approximately 1/2 cup of "A La King" over each piece of bread.
