Ingredients

  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1-2 TBSP butter
  • 3 cups cooked squash, drained with all water squeezed out
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers, plus additional for topping
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp House seasoning
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Step 1


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and mix all ingredients together. Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with cracker crumbs. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

House Seasoning: 1 cup salt, 1/4 cup black pepper, and 1/4 cup garlic powder.
