HOT BEEF DIP

Interesting dip made of cream cheese, sour cream and dried chipped beef! Excellent with Ritz crackers.

Ingredients
- 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 5-oz. pkgs. dry beef, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic (optional)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Mix first 7 ingredients together, adding sour cream last. In a separate pan saute 1/2 cup pecans. 2 Tbsp. margarine and 1/2 tsp. salt; spread on top of mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes.
