Chuncky Artichoke Salsa

  • 1 jar (6 oz.) marinated artichoke hearts
  • 1/3 cup sliced ripe olives
  • 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped red onion
  • 3 medium plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 3 tbsp. snipped fresh basil leaves or 2 tbsp dried basil
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips

Step 1

1. Drain marinade from artichokes into small batter bowl. Using food chopper, chop artichokes, olives, and onion; add to the marinade in batter bowl
2. Add tomatoes, garlic, and basil; mix gently. Season with salt and pepper. Serve with tortilla chips
