Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 4 lg. eggs
- 1 small box lemon Jello-O
- 1 c boiling water
- 1 tsp. lemon extract
- 3 \4 c canola oil
- 4 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the Jell-O with the boiling water and allow to cool
In a bowl combine the cake mix with eggs , adding one egg at a time
Add the cooled Jell-O, lemon extract and oil, mix two minutes on medium
Pour into bundt panand bake for 350 degree for 35 minutes
An hour after the cake comes out of the oven, invert the cake onto a plate
In a small bowl mix lemon juice & powdered sugar, slowly pour the glaze over the cake
