Ingredients

  • Regular:
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
  • 1 tbsp. Sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. Salt
  • 2 tsp. Dried Onion
  • 1/3 cup *Old cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 2/3 cups White flour
  • 1 tsp. Yeast
  • Large:
  • 1 1/3 cups Water
  • 2 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 tbsp. Dried Onion
  • 3/4 cup *Old cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 3 1/4 cups White flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Yeast
  • Extra Large:
  • 1 2/3 cups Water
  • 3 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 4 tsp. Dried Onion
  • 1 cup *Old cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 4 1/2 cups White flour
  • 2 tsp. Yeast

Preparation

Step 1

*NOTE: Using cheese with a high fat high moisture content may result in a slightly collapsed loaf.
Measure ingredients into baking pan. Insert baking pan securely into unit, close lid.
Select appropriate bread setting.
Push start button.
The breadmaker will beep 3 times and the display will flash "0:00" when bread is done.
Using oven mitts, remove pan from unit. Remove bread from baking pan (and kneading blade from bread if required)
Allow to cool before slicing.
