Cheese 'N' Onion Bread

Ingredients
- Regular:
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
- 1 tbsp. Sugar
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 2 tsp. Dried Onion
- 1/3 cup *Old cheddar cheese (grated)
- 2 2/3 cups White flour
- 1 tsp. Yeast
- Large:
- 1 1/3 cups Water
- 2 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
- 2 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1 tbsp. Dried Onion
- 3/4 cup *Old cheddar cheese (grated)
- 3 1/4 cups White flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. Yeast
- Extra Large:
- 1 2/3 cups Water
- 3 tbsp. Skim Milk Powder
- 3 tbsp. Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 4 tsp. Dried Onion
- 1 cup *Old cheddar cheese (grated)
- 4 1/2 cups White flour
- 2 tsp. Yeast

Preparation
Step 1
*NOTE: Using cheese with a high fat high moisture content may result in a slightly collapsed loaf.
Measure ingredients into baking pan. Insert baking pan securely into unit, close lid.
Select appropriate bread setting.
Push start button.
The breadmaker will beep 3 times and the display will flash "0:00" when bread is done.
Using oven mitts, remove pan from unit. Remove bread from baking pan (and kneading blade from bread if required)
Allow to cool before slicing.
