Ingredients

  • 2

    tbsp olive oil

  • 2

    cups chopped onion

  • 1

    cup diced carrots

  • 1

    cup diced zuchinni

  • 1

    cup diced celery

  • 8

    cups fresh or frozen cauliflower

  • ½

    cup millett

  • 8

    cups vegeetable or chicken stock

  • tsp sea salt

  • 2

    garlic cloves, crushed

Directions

Heat oli in a large soup pot and add onions and saute until soft. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. turn heat to medium and let simmer for 30-40 mins or until vegetables are soft. blend, then serve.
