- 1/4 cup butter
- 50 grams yeast
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup creme fraiche
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup raisins and or chocolate chips, optional

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°F)
Melt the Butter and let it cool.
Dissolve the yeast in the water- Then add the creme fraiche, sugar, salt, and butter.
Slowly add the flour and Mix all ingredients.
Let the dough rise for an hour.
Knead the dough together and make a log, Cut the log into 24 pieces.
Let the 24 pieces rise again on baking sheet for 15 minutes with parchment paper underneath.
Complete the egg wash and bake!
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
