Magda's Delicious Asparagus Quiche

This is for 2 quiches or a 13 1/2 baking dish instead of a pie pan

Ingredients
- 2 pounds of asparagus
- 8 eggs
- 2 cups (milk)!half and half
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese ?
- Hot pepper to taste (crush ?)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of Shilling salad supreme

Preparation
Step 1
Remove hard part of asparagus, cut asparagus tender side in 1 inch size put them in microwave 2 minutes
Rinse them in cold water right away after taking them out microwave.
Magda makes 2 batches
Mix half of the ingredients but cheese in the first batch add the cheese after you have mixed
other ingredients and poured in the dish.
Baked in oven at 425F for 40 minutes.
