Sausage, Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 1 # smoked sausage cut into chunks
• potatoes cut into about 1 inch chunks
• (Red potatoes with skin left on are good)'
• 1 medium onion chopped or sliced
• 1 large green pepper , chopped
• 1 can mushroom soup
• 1/4 about 1/4 of packet dry onion soup mix

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Pour into 8x11 baking dish and bake at 350 or until potatoes are tender.
