  • 15-20 dried olive leaves
  • 2-3 dl of boiling water
  • You can collect the leaves in the spring and leave them to dry in the air. When dry, put them in a glass jar and store in a cool, shaded place.
  • To prepare this tea you will need 15 – 20 leaves.

Step 1

Put the leaves in boiling water and cook them for 10 minutes. Take the leaves out. Let the tea cool for 15 minutes. If you want you can add honey or lemon. This tea is excellent for overall health and should be consumed several weeks in a row to be felt all its benefits.
