Ingredients
- Pillsbury Pie shell
- 1/2 c Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 2 dashes of Tabasco (no more)
- 2 T Flour
- 4 Eggs
- 1/2 c Milk (whole)
- 8 oz Cheddar/Jack Cheese (shredded)(best is a combo 4 Oz of the two)
- 8 oz Crab meat
- 1/3 c Green Onions (White part chopped finely)(You could use some of the green onion on top for color)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Press shell into 10" quiche pan (do not pre-cook)
Combine all ingredients in order
Pour into raw pastry shell
Bake appro 40-45 minutes. Yield: serves 6-8
Hint: Put foil around dough edges so they will not get to dark. Also if you are having a party of 8 or more, make two and hope that there are leftovers for tomorrow morning.
