A side dish doesn't have to be complicated. Make a simple vegetable side with this easy Broccoli Salad recipe.
- 12 12 12 ounces fresh broccoli florets
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 3 3 3 tablespoons cooked bacon pieces
- 1 1 1 cup light Vidalia onion dressing

Cut broccoli into bite-size pieces, if desired; place in medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
*Instead of Vidalia, we use Poppy Seed dressing.
