  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • 3-4 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 bag mixed veggies
  • 4 potatoes or 4 cups frozen cubed potatoes
  • Cream of chicken soup
  • 1 lb. Velveeta shreds

Step 1

Heat water, bouillon cubes, onion, celery, veggies and potatoes until soft.

Add soup and cheese; simmer until cheese melts.
