Ingredients
- 5-6 apples, peeled and sliced into thimble-sized chunks
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 5 tbsp. sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine apple chunks, cinnamon and 5 tbsp. sugar. Mix together and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat together until batter is smooth. Pour half the batter into a greased bundt pan. Arrange half the apple mixture over it. Cover with the rest of the batter and top with remaining apples. Bake about ninety minutes until golden brown. Turn onto rack to cool.
