Ingredients
- 1 c crushed ginger snap cookies (20)
- 1/2 c old fashioned oats
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 t ground ginger
- 1/4 t ground cloves
- 1/8 t salt
- 1/3 c butter, softened
- 7 Med pears (2.5lbs) peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 T flour
- Vanilla ice cream, option

Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl, combine first 6 ingredients. work butter into the oat mixture until well combined. Refrigerate for 15 min.
Place pears in small bowl. Add flour and toss to coat. Transfer to greased 8" square baking dish. Sprinkle with oat mixture.
Bake,uncovered 350 dog for 35-40 min until golden brown and fruit is tender.
Serve warm with ice cream.
