Ingredients
- 4-5 lb turkey breast, thawed or frozed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 rib of celery, chopped
- 1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
- salt to taste
- lemon pepper seasoning to taste
- 1 1/2 c chicken broth

Step 1
Wash turkey, pat dry. Place in greased crock pot. Put onion and celery in cavity, pour margarine over. Pour broth around. Cover, cook on hi for 6 hours. Let stand 10 minutes before carving
