Sautéed Green Beans

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb young green beans, trimmed
- 1 tbsp minced garlic

Step 1
Combine soy sauce, honey and 1 tbsp water in small dish and set near cooktop.
In a 10-inch straight side sauté pan,heat the butter and olive oil over medium high heat. When butter is melted, add green beans and toss to coat well. Cook, turning until beans are browned and tender, about 7 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, add the garlic and cook stirring constantly with heat-proof spatula until soft & fragrant, 15 - 20 seconds. Carefully add soy sauce mixture. Cok, stirring, until the liquid reduces to a glaze and coats the beans, 30-45 seconds
Transfer to platter scraping pan to get all of the sauce and serve.
