Fresh Strawberry Pie

  • 1 Qt. Strawberries
  • 1 C. White Sugar
  • 2 T. White Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 t. Salt
  • 3 T. Corn Starch
  • 1 C. Water
  • 2 T. Strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 Single Pie Crust
  • Whipped Topping or Cool Whip



Step 1

1. Bake your Pie Crust while you are preparing the rest of the Pie. Clean Berries then drain in a colander. Combine Sugar, Corn Syrup, Corn Starch, Water and Salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until it thickens. Remove from heat and stir in Jell-O. Cool.

2. Pour Strawberries in baked Crust. Pour the thickening over the berries. Chill. Serve with Whipped Topping.
