Ingredients
- 2 T butter
- 3/4 c onion
- 8-10 carrots
- 3-5 potatoes
- 6 c chicken stock
- 1/2 t thyme
- bay leaf
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/8 t Tabasco
- 1/2 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 c milk
- 1 T butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cook all but last 2 ingredients until very soft. Remove bay leaf and puree. Add milk and extra butter.
