Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 5 slices bacon, fried until crisp
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Beat the eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour into a large greased pie plate. Top with the remaining ingredients and bake at 350ē 30-35 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
