Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 6 (3/4 inch thick) fish fillets

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; cook, stirring constantly, until butter melts. Pour marinade over fish. Cover; marinate 1 hour in refrigerator, turning once.
Drain fillets, reserving marinade. Grill fish, basting often with marinade.
