Ingredients
- 2 can (14 oz each) coconut milk
- 2-1/2 cups water
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups uncooked jasmine rice

Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine coconut milk, water, sugar and salt. Stir in rice and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer until rice is cooked. Fluff with a fork and serve.
