Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. stew meat
- flour
- 1 small onion
- 1 lg. clove garlic
- 2 beef boulion cubes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c red wine
- 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 lg. diced potatoes
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. basil
- salt and pepper

Step 1
Dredge stew meat in flour and shake off excess and brown very well.Remove and saute onions and garlic. Mix all ingredients in crock pot and cook on high for 4-5 hours.
