Ingredients
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup shortening or margarine
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups of Cut rhubarb
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup nuts
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Cream shortening and brown sugar, add egg and blend well.
Combine soda ,sour cream, add alternately with flour. Stir in rhubarb, nuts and vanilla.
Put into greased 9 X 13 baking dish, sprinkle with topping then bake at 350 deg for 35 -40 minutes.
