  • 1 can of cream of celery condensed soup
  • 1 pound fresh or thawed shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 cup asparagus fresh or frozen cut into l/2inch pieces
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup each sliced green onions and diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • vegetable cooking spray

Step 1

In large bowl, combine soup, shrimp, asparagus, mushrooms, green
onions, pepper, thyme and salt„.Mix well.
Place in 2 quart baking dish sprayed with vegetable cooking oil.
Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice..optional.
