Ingredients

  • 4

    Cups Spaghetti Squash, cooked

  • 1

    Cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded

  • ¾

    Cup Scallions, chopped

  • 3

    Large Eggs, slightly beaten

  • 6

    tsp. Flour

  • Dash of Salt and Pepper

Directions

In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Shape mixture into 6-8 patties. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray. Cook patties over medium heat until lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Turn patties over; cook until other side is lightly browned, about 3 minutes longer.
